Filequire is a B2B incentive-operations service for California contractors. These standards govern how we describe the product and what we will not claim.
Who we serve
California heat-pump and home-energy contractors. Filequire is not consumer rebate assistance and is not a homeowner product.
Official portals remain free
Administering authorities publish programs and portals that contractors and customers can use without Filequire — including pathways associated with CEC, TECH Clean California, Iris, utilities, and federal incentives where applicable. Filequire charges for private ops support around those jobs, not for access to government systems.
We do not
- Submit as contractor of record on official portals
- Guarantee rebate approval, award amounts, timelines, or continued program funding
- Replace CSLB licensing, bonding, insurance, or program enrollment requirements
- Collect sensitive HEEHRA financial documents
- Impersonate or imply affiliation with CEC, TECH, Iris, utilities, or any government body
- Publish fake clients, fabricated ROI percentages, or invented case studies
You remain responsible
The contractor remains responsible for official submissions, customer representations, licensing, installation quality, and compliance with program and legal requirements. Filequire’s dossiers, checklists, flags, and briefs are operational aids — not legal advice and not a substitute for your judgment on a job.
Language we avoid
- Claims that rebate awards are assured
- “We are the IRA / CEC / TECH agent”
- Consumer lifestyle positioning that hides the B2B contractor focus
- Hard-coded wrong thank-you domains; redirects use the current site origin
Founding honesty
Exactly five founding contractor slots are offered under current founding prices. Planned standard pricing after those five is labeled as planned — not as the current offer.
