How we handle information on this site.

Plain notice for the Filequire marketing and application forms. Updated for the B2B contractor product.

Reminder: Free official portals exist for incentive programs. Filequire is private contractor ops support. Form data on this website is used to review requests — not to process payments here. We do not collect sensitive HEEHRA financial documents through these forms.

What we collect

When you submit a founding application or contact form, we receive the fields you enter (such as name, work email, company, region, preferred tier, and message). Forms are delivered via FormSubmit to our operations inbox.

How we use it

To review founding contractor slot requests
To reply to contact messages about the product or standards
To keep a minimal record of inbound interest

We do not sell form submissions. We do not use these forms to collect payment card numbers, bank details, or HEEHRA income documentation.

What we do not collect here

Payment details (no checkout on this site)
Sensitive HEEHRA financial documents
Customer Social Security numbers or tax filings via marketing forms

Processors

Form delivery may involve FormSubmit and our email provider. Hosting may use Cloudflare Pages (target host: filequire.pages.dev). Those providers process data under their own terms.

Retention

We keep inquiry records only as long as needed to evaluate founding capacity and respond. You may email us to request deletion of a prior inquiry where feasible.
